With proven knowledge and experience along with the passion and drive to support and challenge a team to be successful Sarah has both supported and challenged schools in order to build professional capacity to ensure they become optimal in the provision they provide.
In recent years, Sarah has been closely involved with the delivery of the NAHT Aspire programmes, including DfE funded NAHT Aspire TLIF programme. In which 70% of those schools inspected, all of whom started the TLIF programme on inadequate or requires improvement Ofsted judgements, have improved their Ofsted judgements for overall effectiveness by at least one grade.
Offering recent Headship experience, successfully leading a school causing concern through to DfE recognition of high attainment and progress. Securing rapid improvement in standards of teaching and learning and transformed the ethos and values to provide sustainable progress. Supporting schools effectively, empowering them as a team to achieve this within your individual context.
